DIMF Professional Conference 2025
A full series of activities and events is planned, aimed at professionals from the islands, with the objective of serving as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience. This aligns with the long-standing mission of our festival: to create a meeting space for artists and programmers and to promote the professional development of local artists through round tables, masterclasses, professional conferences, speed meetings, concerts with commentary, recitals, rehearsals, and chamber music concerts with both local and international professionals.
The overall theme of the 2025 professional conference will focus on women and their role in the various aspects of the music profession throughout history, analyzing its evolution and transformation to the present day. All our guest female artists will lead the activities, alongside their male colleagues, with a full schedule to be published through our communication channels and the festival’s website.

These sessions aim to foster mentorship, artistic growth, and international networking among emerging Balearic musicians. The exact schedule will be coordinated by the artistic direction.
